Bilal Chahal is a visual and conceptual artist born in Tripoli, Lebanon in 1978. In 1999, The Lebanese artist moved to Amsterdam where he studied at the University of Amsterdam. Chahal opened his second studio in Bogota, Colombia, where he works with Galería La Balsa and the Museum of Modern Art Bogota.
